  • CNC turret punch can produce your hole-intensive parts accurately with capabilities of press extrusion tapping, Indent punching and countersink
  •  Band Saw to slash through structural metal 13” high x 20” wide Haco Shear capable of cutting ¼” x 10’ steel
  • 8’ Sheet Metal Roller
  • Pipe Threader
  • Multiple Accurpress press brakes up to 250 ton bend and a variety of thicknesses
  • Multiple PEM Press machines allowing for installation of nut and stud fasteners and the utilization of self-clinching technology to provide strong and reusable threads and mounting points in sheet metal
  • CWB (Canadian Welding Bureau) certified to CSA Standard W47.1
  • Multiple Mig Welders, Tig Welder Machines, Aluminum Welder, Spot Welder and Stud Welders
  • Electro Polisher for cleaning and sealing Stainless steel welds
  • Multiple Air Recycling Units to ensure delivery of clean air and healthy environments in our manufacturing facilities
  • Multiple Five Ton Overhead Cranes to handle a variety of product
  • Batch line Parts Washer, powder coat booth and Powder Cure Ovens capable of handling product up to maximum length 294” (24.5’), width 142” (11.8’) and height 164” (13.6’)
  • 500’ Automated Powder Coat Line with 6 Stage Washer capable of handling product up to maximum length 120” (10’), maximum width 36” (3’), maximum height 52” (4.3’)
  • Foam In Place Gasketing machine (FIPG). An automated technology for the application of seamless gasket of doors and cover plates. A two-part liquid material creates a dispensed-in-place, seamless compression gasket. This is a great technology for outdoor and harsh environment enclosures
